Patent News From S2S Innovations

 

[TORONTO, March 21, 2018] - S2S Innovations, Inc., maker of patented neonatal products including SleepBelt™ and Joeyband by SleepBelt, successfully resolved a dispute over its patents in the District of Connecticut with Tarry Medical Products Inc., maker of DandleLION Medical products.  

According to the settlement agreement, Tarry Medical (and any of its Affiliates) cannot make, use, or sell the KangaROO Kuddler 1 (“KK1”), KangaROO Kuddler 2 (“KK2”), or Revised KangaROO Kuddler 2 (“Revised KK2”) products, anywhere in the world, after a limited sell-off period.  Tarry Medical was granted a 120 day sell-off period so it can honour terms of pre-existing agreements.
