Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Joeyband™ offers a 60-day warranty on the product. If you experience any defects, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process of repair or replacement.
TORONTO, ON, CANADA: Local pick up can be arranged at 1808 Danforth Ave. Please arrange by emailing email@example.com with your order number.
All orders ship from Toronto, ON, Canada via Canada Post/USPS, unless otherwise requested at the time of ordering.
Please note that all shipping providers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 restrictions and an unprecedented level of shipments. On-time delivery guarantees have been suspended across all our shipping providers since March 2020. These measures are both necessary and out of our control.
Customers may experience delays as carriers put safety first during COVID-19. In an effort to minimize this, all Joeyband orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends), and all North American orders are shipped with complimentary tracked shipping, FREE of charge.

We understand things happen in transit! That's why Joeyband™ is proud to offer our customers the option to add Route Package Protection to their order. This premium service protects your purchase from theft, loss or damage. We make it easy for you; Route is automatically added to your order, stay opted in to protect your purchase!
*By deselecting package protection, Joeyband™ is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Exchanges & Refunds
Requesting a return or exchange? That likely means you purchased a Joeyband from our shop, and for that we say thank you! As Parents and Caregivers ourselves, we aim to simplify your life. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the ease and safety Joeyband™ offers, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will promptly review your request.
We know it takes a village, and we are proud to be a part of yours.
We will gladly replace or exchange your product, or refund the amount you paid (minus original shipping).
You may request a refund for your Joeyband™ (excluding any marked Final Sale in the product description) within 7 days of delivery, with receipt of purchase, providing it is unused* and in its original packaging.
You are welcome to request an exchange for your Joeyband™ within 30 days of delivery, with receipt of purchase, providing it is unused and in its original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns and exchanges require email authorization and are subject to quality assurance review upon receipt. Should you choose to return your products without authorization, or if they are found to be opened or used upon inspection, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our distribution center located in Toronto, Canada. Any products sent COD will be refused.
There are no restocking fees, and we’ll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you have received an incorrect or defective product).
